School Bus

My name is Mike Traylor. I grew up on a farm just this side of Kendalia. When I was going to school in Boerne in the 1960s our farm was at the end of the school bus route so, to save the school district money, after the driver unloaded us he would park the bus on our property and drive his car home and come back the next morning to drive us to school in Boerne.
In my junior and senior year in high school, I would occasionally drive the school bus to Boerne.
